Mindset, Movement & Nutrition
Three pillars that together form the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Not separate parts, but a coherent whole that fits who you are.
Everything starts with balance
Mindset, movement and nutrition are not goals in themselves, but tools to get closer to yourself and develop a lifestyle that is sustainable.
Mindset
How you think about yourself determines how you live. Learn to listen to yourself.

How you think and talk about yourself is key to staying connected with yourself. This helps with conscious choices, healthy routines and dealing with success and disappointment.
Balance & rest
Learning to rest without guilt. Protecting quiet moments as an essential part of your day.
Saying no
Setting boundaries is not selfishness, but self-care. Learning to choose what truly matters.
Feeling instead of thinking
Listening to your heart instead of your head. Learning to trust what your body and feelings tell you.
Knowledge & growth
Books, nature and reflection as tools for growth. Developing self-awareness so you grow into who you truly are.
"A healthy lifestyle is the balance between movement and rest, where you listen to what your body tells you and act on it."
Movement
Exercise, relaxation and recovery are the three core points. The goal is to keep your body moving in a healthy way: without injuries, with strength and endurance.
Fitness
Four times a week at the gym for strength training. With a fixed schedule that provides structure and keeps motivation and discipline in balance.
10,000 steps
Daily focus on 10K steps, preferably outdoors. Two walks of at least 30 minutes, by the sea or in the forest.
Lightwork
Padel, running, pilates or tennis. Sports with a lighter load on the muscles but higher intensity. Keeps your body and heart light.
Mobility
10 minutes of mobility at every training session. Keeps your body flexible, prevents injuries and warms you up completely.
Recovery
Sport is more than stress on your body. Sauna (10 minutes) and ice bath (10 deep breaths) after strength training to recharge energy and prevent injuries.
Rest & sleep
Just as important as all movement. Focus on 8 hours of sleep per night. Daily moments for yourself to recharge. A strict choice to be the best version of yourself.
Nutrition
Nutrition is essential for how you feel and your life energy. You need this energy to move, perform and feel good. A diet doesn't have to be about punishment.
Hydration
The foundation of everything. Drinking enough water is the first step towards more energy and a better functioning body.
Macros
Carbohydrates, proteins and fats (unsaturated and saturated) in the right ratio. Knowing what your body needs.
Vitamins & minerals
The building blocks your body needs to function optimally. Through food and supplemented where necessary.
Supplements
Supplementation where needed, not as a replacement. Used specifically based on your personal needs.
