My name is Tom Smeets and I coach people towards a healthy lifestyle. I believe a healthy lifestyle starts with a strong mindset, appropriate physical activity and nutrition that gives you energy. It's about making the right and conscious choices — not about strict diets or extreme schedules.
Too often we are led by doubt or fear. While deep down we feel there's so much more in us. By working on positive routines, learning to listen to our needs and acting on them, I help you stay close to yourself and live from a place of trust.
My mission is to help you discover what works for you. Not what someone else does, but what fits your life. Together we make it concrete, achievable and sustainable. This way you will always be the owner of your own life.
